4. Shipping & Delivery Guidelines
- Delivery Address: Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details (including phone numbers and building details) are accurate.
- Delivery Timelines:
- Dubai: Delivered within 12 to 24 hours.
- Other Emirates (UAE): Delivered Next-Day (for orders placed before 3:00 PM).
- GCC & International (KSA, Oman, Kuwait, etc.): Delivered within 3 to 5 business days, subject to regional customs and courier processing times.
- Payment Terms: Cash on Delivery (COD) is supported exclusively within Dubai. Orders for other Emirates and international destinations require full online payment prior to dispatch.
- Stock & Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a prompt refund.
